[Evergreen-dev] Strings uploaded for Evergreen 3.8-beta

Hi,

Strings for translation for Evergreen 3.8-beta have been uploaded. They
should show up in Launchpad by tomorrow.

Angular interface strings are available in POEditor now, with the new ones
tagged with rel_3_8_beta.
