[Evergreen-dev] 3.8 Release Schedule Update

Just spreading the word about an adjustment to the 3.8 Release Schedule.

In order to allow a little more time to get some features in, Wednesday,
9/15 will be Feature Slush, followed by a Beta 1 release on 9/17.

Bug Squashing Week remains the week of 9/20.

Feature Freeze will be first thing Monday morning, 9/27, followed by a Beta
2 Release on 9/28.
