[Evergreen-dev] 2024 Conference Proposal: Redis

Hello Everyone,

On behalf of the conference committee, we still have a couple of weeks left
to submit program proposals for the 2024 conference.  We're doing great,
especially with cataloging and acquisition programs, but we're still in
need of a couple potential dev topics outside of the developer's update.

We were thinking there may be a need for someone/a group to discuss Redis,
the decision to upgrade, etc.  I just want to put it out there if anyone
wants to contribute.  We're also offering shorter programs of 25 - 30
minutes slots if anyone thinks that can be discussed in a short time frame.

If anyone is interested, here is the form for the proposals

They will be due January 3, but we can, of course, make an exception of a
