[Evergreen-dev] List of previous version release notes on website

Thank you Galen, I volunteer to keep working on that page and to update it
after releases.  I have a wordpress account now, but I don't know if I have
access to edit that page yet.  I think my access is limited to the Video
tagging project that Stephanie is organizing.  So if there is a process to
request edit access that I can follow I'm happy to do that.
