[Evergreen-dev] Feature Slush extended to November 1

Hi Everyone,

The Release Team has opted to push Feature Slush to November 1 to allow a
little more time to firm up features for Release 3.12 on the heels of the
Hack-A-Way.

Please have a look at the features listed on the Roadmap. Any efforts folks
can make to push these forward are appreciated!
