[Evergreen-dev] Serials Quick Receive: community demo server available for testing

Hi Evergreen Community,

PaILS is providing a community demo server with the Angular version of the
Serials Quick Receive <https://bugs.launchpad.net/evergreen/+bug/1906462>.
This brings back a feature from the traditional staff catalog that has been
missing from the new staff catalog.

You can find the server at https://20.106.169.134/eg/staff/.  It has the
enhanced concerto data set loaded, which includes some useful demo serials
data.  The credentials demo / admin123 will work, and feel free to add new
staff accounts or edit the ones that are already present.  Unfortunately,
your browser will give you a warning about the certificate used for HTTPS,
which you will need to accept in order to use this community demo server.

Please let me know if you encounter any issues with the server or with the
feature!  PaILS is kindly sponsoring me to fix some bugs that are found
during this round of testing, so please do give it a try and report any
issues you find.  And if you think it's ready, please also share that on
the launchpad ticket <https://bugs.launchpad.net/evergreen/+bug/1906462>.

The demo server will be up for the next two weeks.
