All,

During the dev meeting today, we received a few volunteers to join the 
3.13 release team! This is what we have so far:

Blake
Bill
Shula
Stephanie
Andrea (can help with relteam comms & release notes, etc. but can't take 
a big role)

We invite any and all volunteers to join us! We can use anyone who wants 
to play a role in:

poking developers
writing/reviewing release notes
testing patches
crafting emails
making milestones
scheduling
