Hi all,
Kathy, thanks so much for offering to convene this discussion!
I would love to see more knowledge transfer happening from the old guard to
newer developers & committers. The 3.12 team had a steep learning curve but
we had assistance from Galen, as you mentioned; and some hurdles with the
translations, as Jane mentioned.
Figuring out a way to better document and spread this knowledge (also
things that the 3.12 team worked on!), especially under the mentorship of
senior / longtime EG developers and release managers, is one of the keys to
keeping up a regular process. Many hands make light work, etc.
Looking forward to this conversation, and how it intersects with the
strategic planning happening at the TEP Board level.
