[Evergreen-dev] 3.13-RC delayed due to Launchpad issues

Good evening, all! The 3.13 release team regrets to announce a further
delay of the release candidate due to a failure of the automatic processes
behind the Launchpad translation system. (The bzr branch is not being
created, although the website shows that it exists.) Blake is opening a
support ticket with Launchpad, and we hope to be able to resolve this soon.

While troubleshooting this problem, Galen discovered that the Launchpad
translations have not been updating automatically since at least February.
I am adding an agenda item to the next developer meeting to discuss
consolidating our translations into POEditor after the 3.13 cycle.

Since we are a couple of days behind schedule and we have received very
little feedback on 3.13-beta given the large number of new features, we are
considering pushing back the final release one week, to June 5. If there
are any objections, please let us know.
