[Evergreen-dev] 3.13-RC delayed due to Launchpad issues

I think we might do better to schedule a meeting with developers and 
other concerned parties to discuss our translation situation and options.

It would be great if we could schedule a time that someone who works on 
translations, particularly from Czechia, can be there. (Czech is our 
most active translation at the moment.)

I am in favor of moving everything to POEditor, but we need feedback 
from those who actually work on the translations.
