[Evergreen-dev] 3.13-RC released

Hi all,

On behalf of the release team, I'm delighted to announce the release
candidate for Evergreen 3.13. Everyone is encouraged to test the release
candidate and report any issues to Launchpad
<https://bugs.launchpad.net/evergreen>. At this point, only critical fixes
will be included in 3.13.0.

A full list of new features can be found in the release notes
<https://evergreen-ils.org/documentation/previews/RELEASE_NOTES_3_13.html>,
including several bugs that have been fixed since 3.13-beta.

OpenSRF 3.3.0 is the minimum version for 3.13-rc.
