[Evergreen-dev] Evergreen Merge Pause for Maintenance Release Builds

Hello all,

The time has come. A merge pause is now in effect.  Please do not commit
anything to the Evergreen main repo until the pause has been lifted
(currently scheduled for early Thursday, November 21). Stay tuned for
updates and three brand new maintenance releases coming soon.
