[Evergreen-documentation] Change DIG Meeting on Thursday, January 5?

Thank you all!

Kitty wanted to be like her sister and have a UTI, even though it
manifested completely different between the two. But given her age and
kidney disease, it's probably one of the "best" things she could have
gotten--and she's responding well to treatment already!

Have a great weekend and I'll see y'all in February and online (and in
other meetings)!
