[Evergreen-documentation] EG 3.12.0 server

Hi DIG,

Turns out I was mistaken, Equinox's community demo server was upgraded to
3.12.0 already. I've updated the wiki page
<https://wiki.evergreen-ils.org/doku.php?id=community_servers> to reflect
this.

Thanks to Galen for squashing a minor bug we found in the build.
