[Evergreen-documentation] Angular Staff Catalog update

Good Morning,

I had a chance to look at the docs so far, and I think they look great. My
only comment is I think the alt text for the screenshots can be shortened -
for example, "Default Search Library preference" instead of " Screenshot of
the Default Search Library preference"; and "Exclude Electronic Resources
checkbox" instead of "Screenshot with a red box around the Exclude
Electronic Resources checkbox on the Staff Catalog page." I find these tips
and the alt decision tree to be helpful:
