Images still weren't working – I think I did the references wrong.

I had image::staff_catalog/page_folder/image.png[]

I changed all of them to image::page_folder/image.png[]

Committed to the same pull request<https://github.com/evergreen-library-system/Evergreen/pull/253>.

Fingers crossed – they should at least work now...

I added the images folder in staff_catalog/assets, organized the images by page within the images folder, and updated the image references in the adocs.
