All – looks like the staff catalog docs finally work. If anyone has a chance to look over it, please let me know if you have any feedback for me to address. I have the built-docs zip file – happy to send it to anyone.
What are the next steps?
I'm hoping to have this project 100% wrapped up by Monday 3/25 – I would like to start writing up my report for my advisor at that time.
If anyone has any notes or feedback on how this project went as a whole, please let me know! This has been fun, and I appreciate the opportunity and for you all taking the time to help me out.

Images still weren't working – I think I did the references wrong.
I had image::staff_catalog/page_folder/image.png[]
I changed all of them to image::page_folder/image.png[]

I added the images folder in staff_catalog/assets, organized the images by page within the images folder, and updated the image references in the adocs.
