[Evergreen-general] staff permissions

What version of EG are you on? We recently finished overhauling our
permissions and the interface has been updated in 3.4 but for the most part
the process is the same when adding permission to groups as explained in
the current documentation.

NC Cardinal shared their spreadsheet on their rework (what we based our off
of). Here is a link to their document. NC Cardinal Staff Permissions
