[Evergreen-general] curbside pickup question

I am testing the curbside deliver module before we go live with it.  When
trying to schedule an appointment the appointment times will not display. I
am attaching a screenshot to show you what I mean. Can anyone help with
this?

I have tried checking the closed dates and operating hours to be sure they
are not interfering in any way. I have also checked to be sure the holds
have not expired. I can't think of anything else that would be causing this
to happen.
