[Evergreen-general] Rough branch for HathiTrust ETAS integration

Hi, a few months ago our library signed up for the HathiTrust Emergency
Temporary Access (ETAS) program, which makes digitized books available to
patrons of libraries who have closed their libraries due to COVID-19. I
created a branch that, on the full record display page:

   1. checks for a fully-viewable copy of the corresponding work in
   HathiTrust based on OCLC number
   2. if found, adds a link to the HathiTrust record under the "Available
   copies" heading

I built the branch on top of various Conifer features so it won't apply
cleanly to current master, but most of the work is done if someone does
want to polish it off and contribute it. Or adopt it, if you're also a
HathiTrust ETAS library.
