[Evergreen-general] Cancellation of the 2021 Evergreen Indiana Conference

I want to add my thanks to the Board for their work on the conference and
for their conscientious decisions.

If you have not already done so, please consider holding the conference
virtually again in the spring. While not a perfect substitute for a face to
face meeting, the virtual format this year was very good. And also consider
charging a registration fee for it. While many of us don't have travel
budgets, we likely can pay registration fees for an online meeting.
