[Evergreen-general] Adding New Facets

Does anyone know how to add a new facet to the results page of the OPAC?
Specifically, I would like to add format as one of the filters (ie. DVD,
Large Print, etc).  I have poked around server admin>MARC Search/Facet
Fields but could use some help.
