[Evergreen-general] Evergreen OPAC & Discovery Layers

Hi --

My library, Vancouver Community College, is part of Sitka and we use EBSCO
Discovery Service.   We had some minor issues getting the RTAC feature set
up, but it's working fine now, I think EBSCO just hadn't dealt with
Evergreen before.

I believe within the Sitka Consortium there are other post-secondary sites
using EDS, and I believe Vancouver Island University is using Summon.
There are many public libraries using Bibliocommons and some not using any
discovery layer at all.
