[Evergreen-general] TEP President and Vice-President appointed

Good afternoon,

As a product of the general daze of the holiday season, this email comes to
you somewhat delayed. My apologies.

In October, the Evergreen Project Board's President, Anna Goben, stepped
back from the president seat after taking a position outside of the
Evergreen community. She remains with us on the Board for the remainder of
her term.

Jason Boyer, the previous Vice-President, has now stepped into her role as
President. Jessica Woolford has assumed the position of Vice-President.

The Board member roster on the website has been updated to reflect this
change.

Congratulations to them both!
