[Evergreen-general] exclude electronic resources

Hello Kendra,

Depending on what version of Evergreen you are running the Exclude  
Electronic Resources checkbox may be available to turn on in the  
Catalog Preferences.  This is an option in 3.7 but not 3.5 (and I'm  
not sure about 3.6).
