Hi Jennifer,

The branches for the dev I did are now available. Here are the bugs so you
can add the links to the notes:

Checkdigit fix: https://bugs.launchpad.net/evergreen/+bug/1814966
Item tag scoping to owning library fix:

Duplicate barcode prevention was already there, I didn't do anything with
that.

Also, I submitted a branch for a fix that would allow empty call numbers,
but it looks like that may not be necessary based on the group's
discussion. I removed the pullrequest tag and added a needsdiscussion tag:
