[Evergreen-general] Creating MARC Templates Error

Hi and Good Evening from Malaysia! Dear Catalogers,

I'm trying to create a MARC Template based on my Organisation Policies. I
have followed all the details related to the MARC Templates from Evergreen
ILS 3.8.0 manual. After creating the MARC Templates, it seems the MARC
Templates are not working. I have already restarted the OPENSRF Service on
my server. I attached the sample of .xml file that I created. Can anybody
tell me which one is an error in this file?
