[Evergreen-general] Receipt Template Macros - Money "saved"

Hi Ruth,

This is what we have.

   <div>You saved<br/>
   {{transactions.subtotal | currency}}<br/>
   by borrowing from<br/>
   {{current_location.name}}!</div>
   <br/>


I thought we'd included in our docs but turns out we haven't.  We did  
put it into our default Check Out receipt as follows so any of our  
libraries can use it by un-commenting it out.
