[Evergreen-general] 2023 Evergreen Conference Call to Proposals

Hello Everyone!

Happy November!  A reminder that if you have a presentation/program idea or
want to set up a meeting for an interest group for the conference, *the due
date for the call to proposals will be November 23*.

We still have a need for pre-conference proposals, too!
