The 3.10 release team is pleased to announce the release of Evergreen
3.10.0, a major feature release. Evergreen 3.10.0 includes

   - Further Angularization of the acquisitions interfaces
   - Support for the EDI DESADV message for advance shipment notices
   - Support for the Bing Maps API by the geographic sorting feature
   - Improved support for formatting outgoing emails as HTML
   - Support for using Evergreen as an identity provider for OpenAthens
   - Support for Ubuntu 22.04 (Jammy Jellyfish)
   - A new experimental Angular interface for circulation and patron
   management
   - Angularization of various other staff interface
