[Evergreen-general] EG Conference Call to Proposals Closes Soon!

Hi All!

Just a reminder that the closing due date for the conference program
proposals is *tomorrow, Weds 11/23,  at the end of the day*.  Please submit
any proposals and/or interest group meetups here:

We received many submissions recently so thank you to those who will
participate!  We still have a need for pre-conference proposals!

The planning committee will be reviewing these next week and will contact
those who submitted them soon.  We will also make an announcement when the
schedule is finalized.
