[Evergreen-general] Feature Freeze is here!

Today is Feature Freeze for Release 3.10.

But there's still time!

This is a call to all testers and committers for help in getting as many of
the features as possible targeted for 3.10 that are ready for the beta
release merged before the end of the day today.
