[Evergreen-general] Happy Haunted Bug Squashing!

 Hi everyone!

This week (October 31 - November 4) is Evergreen Bug Squashing Week,
focused on getting bug fixes tested and approved. Notes:

*1) Bug Squashing Week Test Server Info:*
There is currently one test server up and loaded with proposed fixes that
are ready to test.

*2) Test New 3.10 Features and Fixes:*
There a lot of things going into 3.10 - please take this opportunity to
give them one last poke! Some of the new interfaces that have been
committed to master are:

Local Admin > Library Settings
Local Admin > Cash Reports
Local Admin > Field Documentation
Experimental Angular Patron/Circ Interfaces

*3) Needs Discussion: *
There are currently 88 tickets in Launchpad that are tagged with
"needsdiscussion," some of which are many years old. These are worth taking
a look at to see if they are still valid issues.
