[Evergreen-general] Server available for community testing of Angular acquisitions work

Hi,


A community test server is available for testing of several projects that
collectively convert the staff interfaces for purchase orders, line items,
and selection lists to Angular. Details of the test server, a link to draft

I hope to have this work merged for inclusion in Evergreen 3.10. Your
testing and feedback will help make that possible.

The work on the test server builds on the original branch by Bill Erickson
(LP1929741) and including work by Tiffany Little on Angularize Load MARC
Order Records (LP1929749) and Line Item Copy Count not updated on
delete/cancel (LP1570623).The other primary contributor to this work is
Equinox Open Library Initiative with project funding provided by the
Evergreen Community Development Initiative.
