[Evergreen-general] Question about buckets and lists

Hi Samantha,

The Merge Patrons function available from patron search results, when
applied to staff members, would move most everything that a departed staff
member owned or touched to the destination staff user - including buckets
and their contents. However, merging a staff user record away can be prone
to timing out at present, particularly for staff members that had mediated
a lot of circulations or edited a lot of records.

Staff patron merges (or using SQL to just move the buckets) can also be
done using direct database access.
