[Evergreen-general] [Bug 2033543] [NEW] Merging Circ Stats to Replaced Item Record

They're not (unless you specifically exclude deleted items when writing a circ report, of course). The only use case I can imagine is staff that want to see the total number of circs on an item in Item Status *and* use that for collection development *and* not use the reporter.

The correct place to get these numbers is the reporter, not item status. (Past circ counts probably never should have been added to that screen...)
