[Evergreen-general] [Bug 2033543] [NEW] Merging Circ Stats to Replaced Item Record

What I have done is when replacing a damaged book with a new copy, instead
of deleting, I just use "replace barcode" to make evergreen think the new
time is the old item with a new barcode. Then I update any information that
needs changed like price if we paid a different amount for the replacement,
etc. This keeps the old circulation stats for the new copy.
