[Evergreen-general] community survey

We have had some great initial responses from the community survey but I
know we have a lot of entities, both consortia and individual libraries
that haven't responded so I want to put it back out here again.

In case you're wondering if you should respond, the answer is yes! We
welcome responses from individual libraries in or out of consortia as well
as consortia responses.
