[Evergreen-general] new evergreen libraries in 2022

The Outreach Committee is assembling the 2022 Community Annual Report and
we want to hear from any new libraries that adopted Evergrene in 2022.
Please let me know,on or off list, if you began using Evergreen in 2022 and
where you're located!
