[Evergreen-general] Evergreen Security Releases: 3.9.4, 3.10.3, 3.11.1

The Evergreen Community announces three new releases of Evergreen:
Maintenance releases 3.10.3 and 3.11.1, and security release 3.9.4. These
releases are available on the downloads page
<https://evergreen-ils.org/egdownloads/>.

Maintenance releases include various bugfixes for accessibility,
acquisitions, circulation, documentation and reports.

All three releases include a fix for a critical security issue. Evergreen
sites are advised to upgrade as soon as possible.
