[Evergreen-general] Festivus updated with latest 3.11 branch

Hello! festivus.evergreencatalog.com <http://festivus.evergreencatalog.com/> has been updated with the current 3.11 branch as of about 12:30 Eastern. While there is only 1 new patch on there, it's worthwhile to test things out to make sure that 3.11 will be as bug-free as possible! If anything seems off, let us know in LP, IRC, or email.
