[Evergreen-general] Evergreen 3.11 Release Candidate Available for Testing!

The Evergreen Community is pleased to announce the release candidate for Evergreen 3.11.  Everyone is encouraged to test the release candidate and report any issues on the launchpad bug tracker[1], so that we can make 3.11.0 the best that it can be!

The Evergreen Community wishes to thank all those who contributed code, testing, documentation and their time to this release. Thanks to all members of the community for their hard work to improve Evergreen.
