[Evergreen-general] Claims Returns item

Hi Samantha,

Below are display fields and filters for a Claims Returned/Claims Never
Checked Out report we are using. If I were to build it from scratch, I
would leave out or limit the patron info.  It doesn't have "Is Deleted" as
a filter, but it does have it in the display fields and I don't see why it
wouldn't work in the filters if needed. Hopefully this will give you a
place to start. Let me know if you have any questions!
