[Evergreen-general] New Highlighting in Search Results in Staff Catalog

This change brought back color coding that was in an early version of
Evergreen (back in the XUL client). If I remember correctly, blue indicates
that there aren't any copies available and it's also not visible in the
public OPAC - the discussion here should help:

Agreed that it should get some accessibility love - please consider adding
a new Launchpad ticket for that if there isn't one already!
