[Evergreen-general] Emergency Closures - Process Immediately Check Box

Hi Jennifer,
Apologies for the belated reply.
I've tested this and picked Mike's brain, and here's what is happening:
You CAN use "process immediately" after the closing has been set up -
however, if you edit the dates of the emergency closing, you cannot
RE-process the closing to include the new dates. I think that's the
confusion from whence the docs error came, and I will commit to correcting
the docs.
In my testing, when you go back to process the closing, it does in fact
move circulations BUT it does not correctly update the grid in Closed Dates
with that information. So, it's doing the right thing but not telling you
about it. That's a bug.
Additionally, there's clearly a few UX things to be done here - like either
disabling date edits on emergency closing or providing instruction about
them; and renaming "Process Immediately" if you are going back into an
already established - but not processed - closing, and a few other things.
Since this is an older AngularJS interface it would be a good opportunity
to revisit all of those things in an Angularization project.
Hope this helps - I definitely welcome other testing & I will update the
docs as soon as I can.
