[Evergreen-general] Evergreen Monthly Maintenance Release(s) Upcoming

Hello all,

We are scheduled for monthly maintenance releases 3.13.3 and 3.12.6 on
Wednesday, August 21.  There will be a merge pause starting on Friday,
August 16.
