[Evergreen-general] A localized test server for the upcoming Bug Squashing Week?

Linda,

I setup our primary test machine with Czech available. However, perhaps 
you're asking for it to default to that? That's possible as well, though 
I think I should make a separate server for that. Take a look at:

https://bugsquash.mobiusconsortium.org/eg/opac/home

And see if that fits the bill.
