[Evergreen-general] Serials Quick Receive: community demo server available for testing

Hi serials enthusiasts,

Thanks for your feedback so far on the Angular version of the Serials Quick
Receive <https://bugs.launchpad.net/evergreen/+bug/1906462>.

I've updated the feature based on your feedback, and it's ready for more
testing at https://20.106.169.134/eg/staff/
