[Evergreen-general] Database Schema URL question

Hello Jon, I don't think the schema documentation has been generated
regularly anymore.

I started some work on making it easy to generate new schema using
SchemaSpy https://schemaspy.org/, but haven't worked on it for a while.

But that doesn't really help you right now.  So I generated schema
documentation for 3.11 - 3.14 and put them on our server, here are links.
