[Evergreen-general] Evergreen Monthly Releases Available

On behalf of this month's Evergreen Maintenance Release Team, I'm pleased
to announce the release of Evergreen 3.12.10, 3.13.7, and 3.14.2. Links to
downloads, git repositories, and release notes are available on the Downloads
Page of the Evergreen ILS website <https://evergreen-ils.org/egdownloads/>.

With this release, we thank Evergreen 3.12 for its service and note that it
will receive security releases only from now on.

I want to acknowledge the work put into these releases and thank our team
members and my colleagues, Andrea Buntz Neiman (Equinox), Michele Morgan
(NOBLE), Jane Sandberg (Independent), Gina Monti (Bibliomation), Martha
Driscoll (NOBLE), Jason Stephenson (CW MARS), and Chris Sharp (GA PINES).
Additionally, thank you to everyone who has contributed, tested, and
committed patches for these releases.
